One of my favorite parts about the season is decorating the house for Christmas. It seems to set the mood and get us all ready for the coming excitement. The boys are getting better and more excited each year to help as well. They love helping put on the ornaments best.
On Christmas Eve we went over to Grandma's house at noon to get the food cooking for the big day. The kids played and the men watched football and snacked. We had our annual Nativity play and everyone played a different part. Hunter was a wise man and a shepard. Jake was supposed to be the shepherd but he fell asleep after all the fun that day. Jax was Jospeph and took his part seriously as always. After eating and the play we opened our Christmas pj's and went upstairs for our talent show. Jax did the Aunt Mandy poem and him and Jake sang, All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth. They did awesome.
